If you did not receive order confirmation, password reset, or other emails from the ASBA, your email provider is marking emails sent from the ASBA as spam and is blocking them. In some cases, but not all, the missing emails may be in your Junk or Spam folders. In order to make sure that emails from the ASBA are not rejected by your email provider, you must ensure that the domain @asba-art.org is in your list of “safe senders”. Please check with your email provider company if you need further instructions on setting Safe and Blocked senders.
