SILVERPOINT WORKSHOP

In celebration of ASBA's 25th Anniversary, The North Carolina Botanical Artists Circle will be hosting a Silverpoint Workshop at our upcoming meeting, April 29, 2019. Maryann Roper, former faculty member of the NC Botanical Garden's Art and Illustration Certificate Program, will be presenting history of Silverpoint, demonstrating techniques and leading hands-on participation by attendees. Paper used for Silveroint needs pre-preparation and two of our members, Dale Pittard and Diane Rainey, will prepare and bring paper for use by participants. The Circle meetings are open to anyone who is interested in botanical art.
