Shipping address and instructions will be provided when entries close. Attach a copy of the entry form to the back of the painting.
Artwork SHIPPING:
Shipping address and instructions will be provided when entries close. Attach a copy of the entry form to the back of the painting. Shipped artwork must arrive by September 20th, 2026. Please be sure to ship with plenty of extra time built in because of all the shipping delays we’ve been experiencing. No Styrofoam peanuts allowed.
(INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: You may ship your artwork matted and unframed and we will frame it for you on site. Each international artist will be asked to reimburse ASBA $40 to cover the cost of frame and hardware.)
HAND-DELIVERY:
Artists can choose to hand-carry their work to the conference. Attach a copy of the entry form to the back of the painting. Artwork must be delivered to the hospitality desk no later than noon on Wednesday, September 30th to be included in the exhibition.
INSURANCE: The artist is responsible for insuring artwork. Neither the ASBA nor the
Halcyon Hotel will provide insurance, however, all reasonable care will be taken to protect the work.
