IRELAND - A Botanical Journey Around the Emerald Isle

May 15–23, 2024

Overview
Post-tour Workshop

The Burren (photo courtesy of Subhrambar)

Our journey will be marked by explorations of Dublin, the Irish capital, and the rich green countryside–taking in the rural life and wildflowers of the Burren, the majestic and magical Dingle Peninsula, the timeless natural scenery of Killarney and the medieval beauty of Kilkenny, with a focus on botanical art from both historic and contemporary perspectives.

We will balance private, hands-on visits to famous cultural sites with time to relax and meet with Irish ASBA-member botanical artists. Keep a look out for updates in ASBA’s monthly Highlights; we are planning a tour add-on workshop.
